David Collins is a Canadian stage, film and television actor best known for his work with the Stratford Festival and roles in series like Dark Matter, Mayor of Kingstown and Sex/Life. *Not to be confused with Australian actor David Collins, best known for being half of the Umbilical Brothers comedy team.
