Diego Alejandro Tinoco (born November 25, 1997) is an Indigenous Latino American actor. He is best known for playing Cesar Diaz in Netflix series On My Block. His father is Native Mexican from Michoacán and his mother is of Native Ecuadorian descent from Quito.
